Returns & Refunds
Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is being shipped.

Refund policy

1. Refund shall be made under following conditions:
• Order was cancelled.
•Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)
•If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will enquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced in 24 days
2. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
3. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
4. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Online Delivery shall have the deciding hand.
5. Online Delivery may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
6. Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at orders@farmifresh.com . The amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 10 days.

It is understood that returns be accepted and calculated within select parameters:-

Online Ordering and Email Confirmation
Products purchased through the website will be delivered to a physical address of your choice, which must be selected during the online ordering process. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email.

Courier Delivery
Deliveries will be performed by a professional courier company engaged by Get Grinz. The delivery service is available from 10 am until 8 pm during weekdays only, and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. We recommend that you use your office address as your physical delivery address if you are not at home during the week. You may be required to sign for delivery and provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered. If you are not available to take delivery of your order, we will attempt either one or two more deliveries to the physical address that you provided during the online ordering process and, if still unsuccessful, the courier company, acting on behalf, will call you to arrange, in its sole and absolute discretion, for either a further delivery attempt to be made or for you to collect your order from the courier company. In the event that Get Grinz and/or its duly appointed courier company is unable to contact you, despite all reasonable attempts to do so, using the contact details and/or physical delivery address that you provided during the ordering process, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund to you the money already paid to Get Grinz, less Get Grinz's reasonable administration charges including the cost incurred by us for repeatedly attempting to deliver your order and for arranging for the return of your order.
